Ian Rogers' Chess Column

There is no column in today's paper, anyone know anything about it. Is there one in ACT paper?

Ian's last column

Ian's last column had a good write-up on the Australian Chess Championships 2010 in Sydney.

Nice column 2009-12-15, pointing out the neat mating combination Kevin Tan (almost) found, e.g. he probably found the mate but started out with the wrong move permitting a defence giving up the queen for rook and bishop, and went on to lose the resulting unclear position.

You can use the link from the above page "Hi-Res.pdf" which will allow to see the page in 400% in Adobe Reader if you feel like. It requires Adobe Reader, but it seems that the first page will not even load if you don't have that. Adobe Reader is a free download though.

I guess that all prevous columns are also there if one does not mind the digging. But may also be available more directly on ACF site
